Also, in the RP universe, are we actually an Empire lead by Cthulhu? Or just like a federation

How 'bout, long ago, the SRB was in fact an empire lead by the squidman himself. However, nations within Ridge borders started to move away from Cthulhu. Some nations try to reclaim the Ridge islands for the squidman, like the Second Horde or the Insanain Horde.

After Cthulhu came out of nowhere and founded his empire, he conquered most of the planet to use as a base for colonization, but then his empire fell apart and he fought a 500 year war to try to reunite it before giving up and ruling Ur, which is my continent

So from like 11-45 AA to 148 AA Cthulhu ruled the entire solar system, but then a feud between him and his sons messed everything up and lead to a longer war between nations on Vera and Cthulhu

The nations of Kizh don't really consider themselves apart of the Ridge, they see the Ridge as a neighbor, with the countries within it as possible allies and enemies.
